Roundtable: Winning Tactics for Hard Times

In the midst of today’s global economic turmoil, Canadian CIOs face enormous challenges in meeting the expectations of their CEOs and corporate stakeholders. Participants shared successful tactics and innovative ideas for fulfilling the CIO’s mandate in the midst of continuing tight budgets and economic uncertainty, including strategies for improving vendor relationships, negotiating better deals, and creating more synergy with vendors.
